SNC, School, Parties

I am back from great AIESEC September National Conference (SNC). Thanks to whole MC and OC for organizing it! I will just highlight some things that I liked the most. First I have to praise myslelf for being the TOPALKI champion (not as a team, but as a individual, hehe) Drunk 0,3l beer in 4 seconds, even Starosta the former champion was defeated :P!! I liked the party after Topalki of course:)! I had time to relax and think, which i needed before comming to the conference. I learned a lot, not just about AIESEC, but about me myself also.

The school has started this Monday, as well as my ceramics adventure, which seem to be a nice one, and i got familiar with that clay and started to create something:) Tomorrow I have first clas of dancing although i am bit sick. It is quite hard to get used to being in the school again after such a long time, but I will manage somehow!

Yesterday was my first Nation2Nation party in club Face2Face:) It is party mainly for Erasmus students and I really felt sometimes like in Värmlands or Snerikes:) (clubs in Uppsala)!!

An evening to think...

This evening is kind of weird. I am again alone here in Praha, Honza is back home and I should have had a dancing class, but it was somehow canceled, which disapointed me, cause I was really looking forward, so instead i was just strolling threw the main "tourist street" in my ears MP3 and tried to watch each turist walking across to me, thinking who could they be, what are they doing here... founding many couples, singles, young school groups, old, young, handsome people. But each different, each is living their life.
In the evening I was reading Joanna´s blog. She made me think if what I am doing right now is the thing I want to do and if I am 100% satisfied with that. Actually I am not sure if I can say 100% YES, which is kind of sad... maybe this is just the way on the whole journey and I have to go threw this one. On the other hand life usually is not without any problems, and those we have to face and try to cope with them in the best way...

Travelling in Europe for 3 EUROs

Today we found out with my boyfriend very convenient stuff! Two travelling agencies made a promo-action to travel to Italy, Germany, Danemark and Sweden by coach for 6 EUROs return ticket, all taxes included! What an incredibely ridiculous price! So we planed a weekend trip in October to Rome and November to Copenhagen:)) Cool, isn´t it. The action is still till tomorrow (Thursday)..

VALBORG in Uppsala? pool

As far as I know that some ppl from Uppsala read my blog, I would like to make a little pool about one thing... Let´s make a re-union!!

When? Valborg 2007
Where? Uppsala!
Why? Get together again and enjoy the Valborg atmosphere!

I would like you to discuss this idea in comments below, if you are up to it - if you would like to come as well. We were thinking about it so far with Laura, Caroline and Pablo. Comming there about 27.4. and back 1.5. or something. The only thing is to find some kind of acomodation:)

So... are you up to see your old friends again???

Madonna, nice to meet you!

Here comes the posting!
I don´t wanna write exactly what happened each minute of the show (you can read it everywhere;) ), but I will say how I saw the concert in my own eyes:)
Wherever Madonna comes people and media are upside down. Cool to experience it on our own, in Praha!

We manage to get the tickets for her second concert in Praha (5 AIESEC friends of mine), full of expectations we went at 4 pm to Sazka Arena, while the concert was beginning at 9pm to get the best places. The waiting was not cool, but i would say worth it. Funny was the running part in the arena when we got in, we were running for the best places:)) When the show started and Madonna went out of the big disco ball that opened just 5 meters from us (we were standing in 2nd row from the stage) I could clearly see her face, her smile - that was one of the best feelings from the whole concert!! She is really little, pale, slim but very charismatic!

Each song had it´s own scene, colours, she changed about 7 clothes, shoes and 3 hairstyles:) The scene was magnificent, I felt like in cinema, sometimes, as far as there were 3 big screens and one huge one.
Things that surprised me was how she enjoyed the show, she was talking to ppl, she kissed one guy in the audience(!), while talking to the audience she used the word "motherf*****s"(while there was sitting also our former president(!) )and dirty words about George W. Bush were quite shocking as well as the "Cross" scene, show of pictures from the 3rd World, T. Blair, Usama bin Ladin, the Pope... I think whe is really playing with the whole world having such a show...

The only thing I didn´t like arise paradoxicaly from our position next to the stage. The air there was really stuffy, ppl were punching sometimes and few water caused my headache.

At the end of the show - Hung up song, golden balloons started to fall down on us, the arena was about to burst! The end was magnificent, in the best atmosphere she said bye...

Plans, plans, plans....

Still some time left for the exam, and I am starting to plan my following semester. Back at the VŠE (University of Economics in Prague), setting up my schedule at school, making plans what to do except from the university. I decided to join two "clubs" - ceramics club (making pottery by myself:)-(don´t laugh!!) and disco-dance club! And if I am not busy enough then there is still aerobics left:) Especially I am looking forward for that dancing one. I used to do disco-dance about 8 years and then I quit!
I have to write also the bachelor´s thesis, which I decided is gonna be about Sweden and it´s economy. Looking forward also to parties, AIESEC conferences, enjoing time in Praha with my boyfriend, my friends and also international ones!
By the end of the year it is gonna be a bit busy with final bachelor exams and tests for my master studies, bachelor thesis and so on.
I am really looking forward to the following semester!
